Backfilling the data

Hi,

WE 've  a UFL interface. Stopped this service in TEST environment 3 months back where as this service runs in PROD & the data is up to date. Before switiching on the interface in TEST, wondering how to back fill the data in par with the PROD environment. Any help is much appreciated...
