My question is:
Does anybody know how to use datalink within excel to obtain the statistical summary results for SQC in PI?
I am new to excel and was hoping for a bit of help with a current project I am working on. Within PI you can plot up SQC charts that show where data has exceeded standard deviations from from it's mean (or centreline). Statistical information such as mean, mode, max, min for the period of time defined for this chart is available under 'SQC statistical'. You can export this data to a notepad file then copy it into excel, however, this is a time consuming process. I was hoping that a more direct way is possible.
