PI Batch generator

I have configured a PI batch with PIbatch generator, batch active point is digital, it goes from 0 to 1 at the start of batch and remain 1 during batch , at the end it comes to 0 and for the next batch it changes from 0 to 1.

During the perod (0 -state ), the Batch ID remains  as " Operator".

when I check with PI database it shows me all batches including "Operator" Batches. What is expected is that the new batch should always start with transisation from "0" to "1".
