How can i create a Tag with a Constant Number without any time stamp?

Hey all,

How can i create a Tag with a Constant Number without any time stamp?

so i can use it in PI calculations, and maybe in the future i will change the value of this constant so i don't need to repair the Calculation points in advanced.
