Transpose Functions in SQL Commander from Templates created in PI AF

Greetings.

I have created a PI AF Model using Templates and a group of tags in PI that are configured to capture data on those tags based on an event. This is working fine most of the time, occasionally though, the tags that are triggered to capture data have a time-stamp that is .002ms difference. This is causing a problem when using PI SQL Commander to retrieve the data as a report from the AF Database. about 2 - 3 transactions per day are out of order.

Is there any way to ensure that the data captured is in line?
