OPC interface failure during buffering and Failover configuration

Hi,
- We have 2 OPC servers- Primary & Secondary with 38000 tags configured
- 4 OPC interfaces are configured (OPCDG1, OPCAN1,OPCAN2,OPCAN3) with each interfaces having not more than 10000 tags
- In OPCDG1 interface , All advised tags are configured with maximum of 800 tags in each scan class. This interface has 10000 tags (5 Sec frequency and 5 sec offset)
- Similarly I also configured 10000 Analog tags each in other interfaces with maximum of 3000 tags in each scan class.(60 sec frequency and 5 sec offset)
- Failover and buffering are also configured
Now the problem is these interfaces stops working after some time and the following errors are shown in continuous  log window.

- "developer load structure failure"
- Unit Failover: Refusing to edit the failover Synchronization point
- Buffered tags doesn't accept new events
- UFO tags are getting into incorrect state.

Kindly advise me about best practices adopted for such scenario.

regards,

Veeresh
